- Music will not be used during our segment, as the voice over will cover the audio and is not copyrighted therefore can be shown.
- Music taken for the show will be free music taken from websites were music can be used for free and not copyrighted. The creative commons is where all music is from this way we do not have to talk to record labels etc.

Copyright Issues
- During our segment we are not using any material that is copyrighted, it is all content that we ourselves have produced (original content)
- During the full show video game content can be shown because it is for promotion purposes only therefore can be shown.
Airing time
- The content of the show will not feature any use of explicit language, slander, sexism, racism or material of any other inappropriate content. It airs in the morning and content is suited to be aired before watershed.
- Our segment features prizes that do not offend any belief's/religions and is used for the purpose of showcasing. During this segment there will also be no explicit language, slander etc.
- Notifications like parents permission and age requirements will also be featured during our segment to notify the audience.
- Content is not used to deliver or implant any ideas into the audience's head.
- The content also follows OFCOM regulations 1 through 10. Using content carefully using the use of information and use of privacy carefully.
- The general show shall be showing material from video games but can be shown before the watershed and because it is for promotion purposes therefore the content can be shown as well as referenced.
